| Description: | Outpatient Radiology Facility seeking a motivated, dedicated team player for our Scheduling Department. Position requires the ability to schedule and pre-admit patients for radiology and/or pain management exams in a professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner that meets or exceeds the patient’s needs and expectations. Requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, and comply with designated operational guidelines. We are looking for ambitious applicants who can take ownership of the needs of our customers and follow-up on any loose ends to ensure consistency and quality of service.

| Qualifications: | Knowledge of medical terminology and medical scheduling experience preferred. Insurance verification and authorization knowledge is a plus.
Excellent customer service philosophy, professional phone etiquette and superior organizational skills a must- we are willing to train ambitious applicants from outside of this industry if they have these attributes. Bilingual a plus! |
