|Description:||Function as River Ranch Radiology ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT/SALES representative to the AUSTIN AND SURROUNDING medical community including referring physicians, patients, clients, competitors, and general public. Grow and maintain referring physician relationships that result in the growth of our business.|
|Duties:||Responsible for obtaining new business through direct sales calls.|
Responsible for maintaining business through focused marketing of assigned accounts.
Responsible for timely follow-up, updating weekly call list, maintaining various reports, keeping marketing expenses within assigned budgets, participating in various exhibits, open houses, and customer dinners as needed.
Must keep a finger on the pulse of the imaging community in the Austin area and provide that feedback in a timely manner to Manager.
Develop and target a dynamic Hot List of Referring Physicians and report on this list.
Monitor and report referral patterns with competitor's business.
Coordinate and produce a quarterly plan of action and business for growth and ideas.
Gain local, regional and national expertise in the field of imaging to develop River Ranch Radiology's current modalities and make recommendations on expanding services.
|Qualifications:||Previous related healthcare marketing experience - minimum of 3 years preferred or Bachelor's Degree in related field. Experience in Imaging highly preferred.|
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Superior knowledge of customer service in a healthcare environment and the ability to instruct others in this philosophy.
High level motivation and independence and the ability to motivate others.
Word processing and computer skills required.
