|Description:||The Business Development Manager is responsible for the implementation of our organizationís business development strategy, marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining current relationships as well as managing, supporting and supervising a team of physician account managers. Additionally the BDM provides market analysis and marketing expertise by monitoring the healthcare landscape within the Austin area. |
|Duties:||Develops and executes marketing plans. |
Creates, drives and measures marketing tools and marketing programs to support revenue goals.
Works closely with management to ensure corporate goals, objectives and brand standards are maintained.
Monitors effectiveness of marketing activities.
In collaboration with Corporate Marketing, creates value messaging based on customer and market research, competitive trends; ensures consistency of messaging across all promotional materials and programs.
Coordinates and maintains the calendar of marketing activities; manages marketing systems including defining metrics and reporting.
Manages marketing budget.
|Qualifications:||2+ yearsí prior experience preferred in marketing to healthcare. |
Bachelorís degree in a related field preferred.
Radiology specific knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to foster open, accessible and trusting relationships with staff members.
Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related applications.
